The benefits of hurricane Irene

One benefit of this hurricane is that I finally finished the second fingerless glove. I’m now starting on the coordinating hat. The pattern will slightly different, but it will look better than matchy-matchy. I’ve also had a brain wave about a scarf.

I still have to find ribbon to go in the yarn overs.  Any suggestions as to the color of ribbon would be greatly appreciated.

  3. I’m thinking green, too (a sage). First thought when I saw your question.
So I laughed when I saw your first commenter.

    Great minds, eh?
