Cranberry Melt Elegance Socks

Now that I’ve finished my dad’s socks, I’m starting on a pair of my own. I found the pattern on Ravelry. It’s going quicker than I thought. These needles are small. I feel like I’m knitting with toothpicks. The funny thing is that there are two needle sizes smaller than what I’m using.

I’ve learned two new skills: the Turkish cast-on and making one. The Tirkish cast-on was a little bit tricky. I had to rip it out four times before I had something I liked. But I got there in the end.
